Attach Emails to Customer Records for Easy Reference  

Do you ever have trouble finding customer emails in your email to easily action them?

A new Zoho feature means that every new outbound email can be copied to Zoho CRM and appear under that customer record.

You can associate customer emails to Zoho CRM from any email client. eg. Gmail, Outlook, Thunderbird etc, without lifting a finger. All you need to do is Blind Carbon Copy a weird address like the one below in customer emails. All correspondence is then automatically appended to the file and appears in the relevant customer record in Zoho CRM.

What's Even Better  

While you could do this every time, I Want That CRM can easily set up a script to run in the background to BCC all customer emails on an ongoing basis. It really only takes us a couple of minutes ... to save you much more time!

The BCC tool then searches through the CRM and looks in Contacts, Leads and if it's not there, it creates a new contact for that person with the email address. Les us know if you'd like this set up for you.
